Remarks:

1. ORIX Green Dollar Campaign (“The Campaign”) applies to New Customers who order new Tesla Model 3 with Tesla and successfully submit Tesla Model 3 Finance application with ORIX Asia Limited (“ORIX”) during 18 Dec 2020 to 8 Jan 2021 (“The Promotion Period”) and drawdown the loan by 31 Mar 2021. To be eligible for the campaign, minimum loan amount is HKD280,000 and minimum loan tenor is 36 month.
2. New Customers are applicants who do not have any active or settled Tesla loan(s) with ORIX prior to their Model 3 finance application. If customers have successfully applied for more than one Model 3 Finance application within the promotion period, only one offer shall be redeemed. 
3. The Green Dollar will be credited to the customer’s loan account within 2 calendar months as a deduction from the outstanding monthly payment. 
4. The above quotation is for Model 3 standard range plus, at the finance amount of HKD 330,000 with repayment tenor of 36 months, at annual flat rate of 1.68%p.a. and HK$2,000 cash rebate for leasing, Annualized Percentage Rate (“APR”) (including cash rebate) is 3.63%p.a.; and HKD 280,000 with repayment tenor of 36 months, at annual flat rate of 2.08%p.a. and HK$2,000 cash rebate for Hire Purchase, Annualized Percentage Rate (“APR”) (including cash rebate) is 3.56%p.a.. The quotation is for reference only and subject to ORIX’s final discretion.
