ORIX Asia Limited (“OAL”) announces the following changes with effect from 27 January 2025:

1) Mr. Harada Masanori, previously a Non-executive Director of OAL, has been re-designated to an Executive Director of OAL and be appointed as an Alternate Chief Executive and the Chief Financial Officer of OAL.

2) Mr. Fujinami Yasuki ceased to serve as an Alternate Chief Executive of OAL and has been re-designated from an Executive Director to Non-Executive Director of OAL.
