STATEMENT ON THE SMS SENDER REGISRATION SCHEME

To prevent fraudsters from impersonating banks to send fraudulent SMS, ORIX Asia Limited is pleased to announce that it has joined the "SMS Sender Registration Scheme" (For more details, please visit www.ofca.gov.hk/en/consumer_focus/guide/hot_topics/ssrs) launched by Office of the Communication Authority (OFCA) to help customers verify the identity of SMS senders.

We have successfully participated as a "Registered Sender" and will send SMS messages to local mobile service users using the "Registered SMS Sender IDs" with prefix "#", which includes:

1. #OAL
2. #ORIX Asia

Stay vigilant when you receive an SMS from senders with identity other than "#" or SMS with a normal phone number. Under no circumstances should you disclose your personal, bank account or credit card information, transfer money to unverified SMS senders or open hyperlinks in SMS to avoid loss.
