To better protect the health and well-being of our customers, we have introduced a series of Covid-19 measures at ORIX office, including temperature screening and offered hand sanitizer upon entry. We also encourage our visitors to wear a face mask for protection.

To care of ORIX Staff Members’ healthiness and maintaining a reasonably safe place of work for the employees to help protect employees from communicable diseases in the workplace, the Company proactively taking appropriate precaution actions to keep the workforce healthy and productive. We would like to share a few measures that have been implemented at ORIX Hong Kong in response to the outbreak including:
 

• Heartfelt caring to all ORIX Hong Kong members, our ORIX Corporation Tokyo HQ have disseminated 3M face masks to all ORIX Hong Kong staff members.
• An Auto Infrared Body Temperature Screening System is implemented inside the office premise for temperature screening all staff and visitors during the office hours aimed for protecting our staff and office workplace hygiene from the risk of Severe Respiratory Disease associated with a Novel Infectious Agent (COVID-19).
• Placement provision of face masks and hand sanitizer within office premises.
• Increased the frequency of cleaning with disinfection regularly within office premise.
• Manipulated to conduct the bacteria and virus treatments of whole office premise weekly and continuously.
• With minimal interruption in service, the Company has executed Special Work Arrangement subject to each business unit.
• The Company has communicated guidance to all our employees related to the current status of restricted travel, suspended travel to restricted areas, as well as to avoid all non-essential travel.
• Instructed all staff member who have flu-like symptoms should not report to work and should consult with doctor immediately to prevent and control the spread of the virus.
• Because of the unpredictable nature of any contagious disease, we will continue to assess our policies and comply with health advice and instructions issued by the Hong Kong government or World Health Organization.
