Responsiblities:

  • To solicit business opportunities in respect of mortgage
  • Generate referral opportunities from property agencies, solicitor firms and other viable sources

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Min. 4 years relevant experience, working as Marketing/Customer services post in Mortgage sector in banking/ property agency/ property developer preferable with proven success in mortgage sales. Familiar with mortgage procedures, documentation and underwriting guidelines are also preferable
  • Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Possess good network of potential alliances such as property agents or solicitor firms
  • High integrity and initiative, meticulous, strong achievement drive and able to work independently
  • Excellent of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager
